Rhonda Reese with
Madison Newspapers rented both the
Model Six-T robot and Micro-Chip for Celebrate 2000.
"Thanks for your excellent service at Celebrate 2000 - the robots and operators provided by The Robot Factory were excellent and all details were handled professionally. The robot were the right "high-tech" greeters for our event. We definitely will book robots for future event to ensure the same success!"
Theodore
Roosevelt
Medora Foundation in North Dakota had the original "Teddy" bear replicated and put on a tricycle robot.
Randy - "Teddy" performs everywhere. ...one of the best investments we have added.
Colorado Gold Kings of Colorado
Springs was the first hockey team to purchase the licensed Zamboni robot.

The Zamboni robot has added excitement & helped
developed fan loyalty from the ice and concourse.
It has also been very effective in our off site educational and
promotional activities.
Our robot has proved to be a great investment.

I
am pleased to write you to express my enthusiasm regarding my purchase in 1999
of "Buster" a parrot riding a tricycle robot.
He has been the talk of Philadelphia as I've had him partake in health
fairs, parades, trade shows, roasts, etc..
All to the delight of all those who saw him!
We have hooked up with a large supermarket chain where they hire us to do
their grand openings, customer appreciation days, and overall promotional
activities all year long. We have
arranged with trade show officials to view us as "entertainment", by
riding him around the trade show floor thereby getting our booth space for free!
Buster has paid for himself in just one year!
The folks at The Robot Factory have been wonderful in both sales
and service, quickly returning my calls and overnighting parts when needed.
Their techs have been most helpful in providing me with the answers to
phone questions without feeling rushed at all!
In short, The Robot Factory is a top-notch company with a great
product as well as great people that stand behind the product - who knows -
Buster may get a sister this year! Thanks
again!
I
would like to take this opportunity to let you know what our robot has done for
ABC Seamless. I take "The Duck" to every home show, fair, and every
event that a home remodeling company would attend. I am here to tell you that
the robot you designed for us has helped turn ABC Seamless into a household name
as well as "The Duck" a friend to every child it meets! When kids see
"The Duck" decals on our car, they actually ask me if I can tell it
"Hi" for them. At almost every show we attend "The Duck"
gets us massive media attention and just last week I awoke to find my photo on
the front page of our local news paper with the caption reading "The
Duck." Everyone loves to talk to "The Seamless Duck" and we have
purchased a second Duck recently. This is great and I just want to say
"Thank You!"

Matsuo Basho - (Replica of 18th Century Poet)
Purchased in 1997 by K and E company in Japan for the Ministry of Postal Services.
Mr. Eddie Y Kamijo stated that the robot was the most attractive character of the Global Visions Expo.

The
Howard County Sheriff's department of Kokomo, Indiana, purchased a new “Buddy
Car” in June 1999. Sheriff Jerry
Marr said he knew it was going to attract a lot of attention, but when he took
it to their county fair he said the results were “unbelievable”! They
promote a seat belt safety program at the fair and of course his robot
“deputy” had his seat belt on!
Sheriff Marr purchased his robot with three different interchangeable characters. He is using “Hairy” for the younger children, “Edgar” Eagle for the older children and he saves the “deputy” for events like the county fair. They also have the car custom painted and detailed to match the real Indiana Sheriff cars.
Howard County found an unusual benefit with the robot apart from public education: A 5-year-old girl who had been domestically abused did not want to talk with adults but she talked to the robot.
We
have been open for five years now. The robots are as much a part of our Family
Entertainment Centers as any of us. People come back or come from miles around
to see and visit with them. The Zamboni® has been a great promotional feature
for us in our Grand Forks location. He attends all hockey games and visits a lot
of schools helping out wherever he goes. All of the robots visit the schools,
and that in turn brings students to Planet Pizza!
