Description

Talking signs™ are stationary robots that talk by a wireless microphone system, or by a recorded message on a cassette tape or digital chip. The message can be activated automatically by infrared sensor or manually by push buttons -- or by a combination of both. Their mouth movement is automatic, in sync with the sound, and they also can turn their heads automatically.

They are excellent as greeters in restaurants, retail stores or anywhere you want to capture customer's attention. Talking signs can be strategically placed in a store to talk about sale items, special promotions, directions, instructions, upcoming events, etc.

They are also great for educational purposes.

Wireless Microphone -- The operator is equipped with a transmitter and microphone that allows the operator to speak through the character. The character's mouth movement is automatically synchronized with the operators voice.

Talkback System -- A microphone and transmitter on the character and receiver and headset worn by the operator enables the operator to hear what people are saying to the robot.

Remote-controlled Head Rotate and Cassette --This option allows you to rotate the head in the direction you want and activate the cassette from a remote control.

Cassette Tape Player -- An auto reverse tape player that is manually controlled on Talking Signs.

Digital Messaging -- Record messages up to three minutes long on a digital chip and activate message playback either automatically by infra-red sensor or manually by push buttons. Use as one message or up to 5.

Push Button Feature -- Add push button to the digital messages.  Record whatever you want and then have the message played back whenever the button is pushed.

Additional Battery/Charger -- 7 AMP battery for eight-hour runtime for Talking Sign.

AC Adapter -- Allows you to operate direct from a wall outlet

Traveling Case -- Rugged cases for safe transport and storage of valuable robots. Made from wood, lined with vinyl & carpet, with steel corners.
