Terms: 50% deposit due with order, balance due prior to shipment. Purchase orders are accepted from governmental agencies. Payment by cash, check, wire transfer, Visa, or MasterCard. Pricing to customers outside of USA subject to change due to special equipment requirements. Customer pays freight.

Shipping: Orders are shipped via truck or air freight depending on the destination and/or urgency of delivery. Please allow 4-6 weeks from date deposit is received for delivery.

Warranty: The Robot Factory, Inc. guarantees its product(s) from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months effective from date shipped.
