New and Improved! Animated Musicians from The Robot Factory are no longer limited to music selections available on special CDs or computer discs. Now, our popular animated musicians can play music from any CD - no programming, no limitations. Simply plug the piano and amplified speaker into any 110/120 volt outlet, load the CD cartridge with up to six CDs, and your robot is ready to play.

How does it work? A computer built into the system "reads" the music from the CD and "tells" the character how to move. The character's hands move up and down the keyboard or guitar as if he were playing the instrument. His foot taps, he sways, turns and bobs his head - all in time to the music. In four short words, "the music moves him."

The Interactive Experience.
Equipped with a wireless microphone system, animated musicians can talk to the audience. The character's mouth movement is automatically synchronized with his words. Spontaneous comments, conversation and singing along enhances realism. Add the optional "talkback" system, and the operator can hear what the audience says to the robot, enabling real interactive entertainment.

The Cast. 
Funny, loveable "Hairy" (available in your choice of color) is our standard animated musician, and can play either a keyboard, drums, or a guitar. Complete bands with multiple instruments, and custom characters designed to meet your specific needs are also available for an additional charge.

Technical Information. 
All electronics are solid-state. No air compressors are necessary. The entire system, except the external amplifier, is self-contained with all components built-in and  mounted on a platform with casters, making it easy to move. One music system can be used with interchangeable characters. The system can be quickly and easily disassembled for convenient transportation. Music plays continuously and automatically. Dimensions (not including amplifier): 35"H (keyboard), 58"H (character); 38" W; 36" D. Amplifier dimensions: 12"H; 16"W; 17"D. Weight (including amplifier) - 145 lbs.

Maintenance and Use. An owner's manual is provided. No additional training is required. Plug the system in, insert your CD, and let it play. Keep the system clean and brush the character's fur (if applicable). That's all there is to it!
